The dhd- mutant (w Df(1)J5) had very similar lifespans to the control and the double mutant had only a slightly shorter lifespan than the single dhd- mutant.
Double mutant Trx-2(DF);dhd(DF) has a lifespan of 51.5 days, while single mutant dhd(DF) has a lifespan of 53.0 days, single mutant Trx-2(DF) has a lifespan of 53.5 days and wild type has a lifespan of 53.7 days.
