RNAi inactivation of pha-4 does not further shorten the lifespan of mxl- 2(tm1516) null mutant animals.
Double mutant mxl-2(tm1516);pha(RNAi) has a lifespan of 11.78 days, while single mutant pha(RNAi) has a lifespan of 12.85 days, single mutant mxl-2(tm1516) has a lifespan of 12.14 days and wild type has a lifespan of 17.85 days.
