Similar to wild-type animals, knockdown of ife-2 extends the lifespan of glp-4 mutants
Double mutant glp-4(bn2ts);ife-2(RNAi) has a lifespan of 14.3 days, while single mutant glp-4(bn2ts) has a lifespan of 10 days, single mutant ife-2(RNAi) has a lifespan of 16 days and wild type has a lifespan of 11.6 days.
